Well informed in and around South Tyrol.
What time is check-out? What discounts apply to children? And how does travel insurance work? Before you start packing your suitcases, here is all the important holiday information for you.
- The rooms are ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
- On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m.
Our hotel prices for half-board bookings are per person and day with daily breakfast, cake buffet in the afternoon and dinner with choice of menu, salad and cheese buffet - including VAT.
The price does not include the tourist tax of € 3.80 per person per day (excluding children under 14 years). This is calculated on site and is not included in the total price. This includes the Südtirol Guest Pass Schenna throughout the year. You can find out more on the Bonus cards page.
We grant a 2% discount on the room rate for cash payment of the hotel bill on the day of arrival (except for bookings via booking portals such as Expedia or Booking).
You can pay the hotel bill in cash or with all major EC and credit cards (with the exception of American Express and Diners).
Children's prices in the parents' room with 2 full-paying adults with half board:
- up to 2 years € 12.00 daily flat rate
- from 3 to 7 years 60% discount on the half board price
- from 8 to 14 years 50% discount on the half board price
- from 15 to 18 years 30% discount on the half board price
- 3rd person aged 18 and over 20% discount on the half-board price
- Our house guests have the opportunity to eat lunch “à la carte” if they wish.
- Compensation for dinner cancelled in good time: € 10.00
Meal times:
- Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m
- Cake buffet: 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m
- Dinner: 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m
The hotel has two underground car parks and outdoor parking spaces. We charge € 7.00 per day for a reserved parking space.
Your well-behaved four-legged friends are very welcome here. We thank you for your understanding that dogs do not have access to the dining room, wellness area or lawn.
Daily price: € 17.00 (without food)
For organisational reasons, we cannot reserve a specific room number or floor.
Price information

Cleaning

- Surcharge for laundry and interim cleaning: € 25.00
Dogs
- Surcharge for dogs: Daily price of € 17.00 without food
Arrival and departure
- Arrival: The apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m.
- Departure: We ask that you vacate the apartments by 11 a.m
On request, the apartment can be booked with breakfast or half board in the Hotel Fürstenhof:
- supplement for breakfast buffet: adults € 16.00 and children up to 12 years € 11.00
- Surcharge for half board with daily cake buffet in the afternoon: adults € 48.00 and children up to 12 years € 30.00
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code (notification according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code, GvD 206/2005) - nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are possible free of charge.
- Cancellations from day 29 to day 15 before the arrival date will be charged 50% of the price of the entire booking.
- Cancellations made 14 days before the arrival date will be charged 70% of the price of the entire booking.
- Cancellations up to 7 days before the arrival date will be charged 90% of the price of the entire booking.
- Cancellations on the arrival date / no-show will be charged 100% of the price of the entire booking.
Something may happen prior to the start of the holiday, but with our cancellation insurance you are financially secured.
Should you arrive late or not at all for a booked hotel stay, or should you cancel early, cancellation fees may be charged in accordance with EU standards. In order to protect you from any such expenses, we recommend that you take out this travel cancellation protection insurance so that European Travel Insurance will cover them for you.
