Alpine down-to-earthness and Mediterranean lightness: those are the main ingredients in the Mitlechnerhof cuisine. You will find them at the breakfast buffet and wonderfully combined in the evening five-course menu. The culinary delights are rounded off by the captivating view from the light-flooded restaurant.
Whether typical South Tyrolean specialities, Mediterranean classics or a creative blend of both - the ingredients for our dishes always come from close by.
In the morning: pick-me-up from the buffet
You'll be happy to hop out of bed for a breakfast buffet full of regional delicacies. Start off with a muesli and fruit, then a crisp roll with jam and finally an egg dish with South Tyrolean bacon. Plus a creamy cappuccino and a glass of sparkling wine to celebrate the day. That is pretty much how your morning on holiday in Merano could be.
Evenings: Moments to savour
When the evening sun sinks behind the mountains of the Texel or Ortler group, a five-course gourmet adventure awaits you. The salad buffet and delicious wines round off the taste experience. We are also happy to consider lactose-free, gluten-free and vegetarian alternatives upon request.
